Instructions For Resetting the Citrix Workspace app

In the lower right corner of the screen where the time and volume icons are there should be an up arrow to show more icons.

Right-click the citrix icon and choose advanced preferences.
In the new window hit reset citrix workspace and corfim that you want to do so in the window that pops up.

You will get a new window saying that workspace has been reset.
Close that window and citrix workspace will open up again asking for the "store URL" put in: globusfamily.cloud.com

Then sign in normally and try again.
